I am so so proud to work for this #forward-thinking #dynamic company in Orangebox Training. Approaching my 2-year #anniversary on 1st March 2020 since I landed in a team of 3 people.
Attracted here with “it will be a rollercoaster journey & we’ll have a laugh along the way”. I parted company with a local authority leaving 14 years of school improvement experience behind to join Orangebox.
Since that time in March 2018, we have grown to an office team of 11 & a freelance trainer team of 25. We operate in the NorthEast of England, Nationally, & in the UAE, where we deliver our 3 main areas of the business. These being quality/bespoke #COMMERICAL training, #EMPLOYABILITY training & #FULLYFUNDED distance learning training. Our 4 area currently in development and growing well is #RECRUITMENT.
We work with small/medium businesses to national/global companies to schools and care homes to offer recruitment, training and development. Our reputation is second to none and growing all the time. #TeamOB
