Hours/Pay Rate: 37.5 hours per week and the starting salary is the same £20,511.00 Role involves some weekend work- Opening hours are between 8am-9pm Mon-Fri and 8am-8pm on weekends
Customer Advisor Role – You’ll be helping customers who are having problems with their services. Each call can be very different. You might be helping people to understand their bills, getting them back online when their connection goes down or talking them through our products and how to use them. It’s not an easy job. There, we said it. Customers can be frustrated or angry that they’ve lost their connection, or their bill is higher than expected. So, it’ll be your job to calm the situation, ease the tension and get the problem solved. We also use lots of different systems, so you’ll need to be confident with technology.
Sales Advisor Role – You’ll be the person our customers call when they want to make changes to their packages. Customers might want to add more services, save money, or get a better value deal. Sometimes they may even want to leave us. This role is all about asking questions to understand what’s really important to the customer. You’ll need to get to know them in a few minutes and quickly work out what they need. With award winning services and the latest devices, you’ll be able to put together perfect packages designed just for them.
