Since September Orangebox Training Solutions Limited has been working with managers from across Beyond Housing on a bespoke #leadershipdevelopmentprogramme
With over 100 enrolled in the course it’s inevitable that some months people might not be able to make their training day. However, the organisation is so #committed to ensuring that everyone gets the #opportunity to cover all of the topics that they arrange a ‘monthly mop up’, where anyone unable to attend can come along and catch up.
This is such a brilliant initiative from Ian Guy and the project group and always brings an entirely different dynamic to proceedings!
Today we’ve got 21 participants involved and I’m really enjoying seeing how they are gelling as a ‘seventh cohort’ for today only!
