Warehouse Operative

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Middlesbrough.

The rate of pay is from £8.56 per hour to £10.76 per hour, with overtime you can earn between £10.69 per hour to £13.46.

An Incentive Bonus Scheme is available at this site and amounts to £16.79 per week to every worker upon completion of all planned shifts per week.

This incentive will run for 14 weeks starting from October 13th; to qualify for it, you must complete all scheduled shifts in that week; all weekly payments will be accrued weekly and paid in total on Friday, January 17th, 2020.

Should you wish to leave the vacancy or leave the agency before January 17th, 2020, you will not be entitled to any accrued pay.

The hours of work are:

6am to 2pm

2pm to 10pm

These shifts can be worked on either a rotating shift basis or fixed.

Your time at work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will pick products using a wrist-mounted computer.

In an average shift, you will:

Operate a LLOP (low level order picker truck)

Use and function an arm-mounted computer

Assemble items from pallets

Load items onto roll cages

Warehouse Operative work is active, and heavy lifting may be required occasionally, so some physical fitness would be beneficial.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

This role is a performance-based, so experience of working in a warehouse would be ideal; however, full training will be provided.
