Production Operative
Location: Blyth
Orangebox are currently recruiting for an employer in the Blyth area.
Shift patterns will be one of the below:
Monday – Friday 7am- 2.30pm (£9.30) or 3pm -11.30pm (£10.30)
Candidates must be fully flexible as shifts will be allocated on business needs and they will not be able to swap shifts due to cross contamination with current covid rules.
Both shifts are paid at £9.30ph and contracted to work 35hpw, overtime will be available but not compulsory however must have worked full basic hours before overtime rates apply.
Must be able to provide the below at assessment:
Passport or Birth Certificate
Proof of NI number
Proof of current address dated within the last 3 months
Change of name if ID does not match i.e. marriage/divorce/change of name paperwork
Driving License
Full 5-year address history (March 2015 – Present) – form attached, must bring to the assessment
Up to date copy of CV
References – form attached, must bring to assessment

Staggered starts and finishes so not to cause crowds when entering and exiting the building
Staggered dinner breaks
2 meter social distancing to be observed at all time
Temperature checks prior to starting work
One way system on site
Facemasks to be worn at all times – supplied not allowed to bring own in
Sanitation stations set up throughout the warehouse
Not to exceed max headcount on site per shift
Everyone in the same household to work on the same shift to avoid cross contamination
Track and trace on travelling in and from work
Segregated toilets for each shift
Touch point cleaning throughout the shifts
Increase in site services
Tracking devices were tested during summer mark down for pick team so maintain 2m distance they may bring this back at festive
