Employer Relationship Manager
Our Employer Relationship Managers will work independently . They build strong relationships and identify, generate and secure vacancies with guaranteed interviews and sustainable jobs. The role is employer facing and requires the ability to present confidently. Our Employer Relationship Managers are key representatives for Orangebox. They sell our services to organisations, generating leads and ensuring we are meeting the recruitment needs of our learners.

You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience of building employer relationships and engagement alongside generating new opportunities. You will need to have knowledge of local and regional labour market and employment trends, business threats and opportunities, whilst also being commercially aware.
You should be comfortable going on site visits, be able to present our services and offer effectively, face to face whilst building effective long term working relationships with employers. You should have excellent influencing skills and be able to respond positively when working to a targets.
